“Evangelion”

I was going through a difficult time in my life while working on this piece. I felt alone and listening to Behemoth’s music cleared the chaos in my mind. This complex and intricate drawing allowed me to focus when life felt hard.

After I completed the ink drawing of Nergal from Behemoth, I set my sights on an even more ambitious work. The whole band in costume on the largest paper I could find.

This has some of the finest detail I have ever produced in a drawing, it also took a significant amount of time to complete.
